Workout Spotlight #1.

 

Our first workout spotlight for the workout of the day on October 24, 2017 is:

 

For Time:

21 – 15 – 9
Air Squats (beginner)/Goblet Squats (53, 35)
Sit-Ups

  – Rest 1:00 Min –

15 – 12 – 9
Box Jumps (24, 20)
Push Ups

– Rest 1:00 Min –

12 – 9 – 6
Burpees
Pull Ups

 

This workout has rest programmed into is, so stay on the gas pedal while working! As you progress the rep scheme goes down, but the movements get harder. Press that gas pedal during work and use the rest time to get your breathing under control. Know that the reps start going down and allow your brain to see that!
