Online Training Programs!
Ready to commit to a training program, but don’t know where to start? No worries! Find My Gym has you covered!
We currently offer two training programs! Check them out:
- Beginner At-Home One Month Workout Program – This program contains three workouts per week, for 4 weeks! 12 total workouts! It requires minimal equipment, just a set of light dumbbells and a light Kettlebell! That’s it! Each workout is 30 minutes or less to let you sweat it out and get on with your day! Perfect for the mom on the go, or the dad trying to fit in a workout at lunch. This beginner program will set you up for success!
- Introductory Price: $45
- Intermediate 8-Week Workout Program – This program is designed for an intermediate athlete with access to more equipment, barbells, weights, boxes, pull up rig. This is great for athletes at a Planet Fitness or other type of Fitness Center, who is tired of the same old machine to machine workout. This program includes Warm-Ups, Cool Downs and suggested stretching. Each block is about 45-60 minutes long, giving you a full workout!
- Introductory Price: $100
- Both workout programs come with the ability to have us help scale the workouts and guide you via e-mail.

How are the programs set up.?
- Both programs are set up for 3 workout days per week. This can be any days you want, but ideally on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday rotation. The program allows for the rest days, but we can offer suggestions for weekend workouts if you would like add-on workouts.
So I did the Program, now what?
- Congratulations! That’s amazing! Committing to it was hard, and the workouts harder, but you did it! Now, do you want more?! We ask that if you are satisfied with progress, let us know about a week before the Program ends, and we can set you up with another cycle. Go over your needs and wants, and get a regiment custom for you! (We can set up monthly payment plans, or pay as you go)
What kind of results should I expect? Do I have to diet?
- You will become stronger, faster and more mobile. If you stick to the plan, it will take care of itself. As far as diet is concerned, a clean eating regime will always make results happen faster. However, even not changing your habits, you will see changes in strength, mobility and cardiovascular endurance. If you would like more information on nutrition, please contact a Registered Dietician to guide you.
Do I have to be in shape to start?
- No, you don’t. However, a stable foundation in how to perform certain movements is required. If you are a beginner, please start with our At-Home Beginner workout. This will set you up to begin the Intermediate program.
- For the Intermediate Program, Clean and Jerk, Snatch and Kettlebell Swings are required. We can help scale down workouts for your ability. If you cannot perform these movements, please seek the help of a trained professional.
- If you are not sure if you are healthy enough to work out, please consult your doctor. Find My Fitness is not liable for any injury to or death of a participant in our 8 week program or the beginner at-home program.

- We accept payment via PayPal. No Refunds.
